The Wroxham Transformative Learning Alliance
HertsCreation is a strategic partner of the Wroxham Transformative Learning Alliance.
The Alliance aims to transform learning for children and adults through joint practice development and has secured funding from the National College and the Training and Development Agency for Schools (TDA), to research their approach to transformative ‘learning without limits’ principles. Research will focus on three main strands: language for learning, a growth mindset within mathematics and school leadership. The alliance is underpinned by the core principles of equity, empowerment, expertise and excellence as defined by the network for the Cambridge Primary Review. HertsCreation facilitated the first gathering of school leaders for the Alliance in September 2011 and is pleased to be part of the conversation.

Woolenwick Infants and Nursery School
Woolenwick have a strong legacy of work with Martin Heaney and Alex McIntyre, working with us since 2006 originally through Royal Opera House Creative Partnerships and Creativity for Life. When we founded HertsCreation in autumn 2012, Woolenwick became our lead school.
Creative Learning programmes have included the key elements of creativity, questioning and exploration; partnership working and co-construction for staff and pupils; staff training, mentoring and development; evaluation and reflection.
In more recent years, Woolenwick have hosted free CPD INSET Training to celebrate staff learning and disseminate practice and skills to early years practitioners, teachers and teaching assistants and creative practitioners working in early years settings.
